Me and my friends needed a place to stay for visiting the Auto e'Moto d'Epoca and city of Bologna. We used our accomodation only to shower and sleep over and it perfectly matched our expectation.
Areas for improvement:
Maybe the older heating unit should be replaced by something new, but it wasn't cold in the accomodation.
